THE PRICE INCLUDES :
The price per night includes accommodation and taxes, full hotel service and the provision of a cook should you wish to dine on the premises from the Riad/Villa Menu. Full use of any facilities provided (swimming pools etc). Spa treatments will be charged as extra.

MINIMUM RENTAL :

A 40% deposit of the full cost of the stay is charged on booking. The balance is due one month prior to departure date. Payment is available by wire transfer only

TERMS OF RENTALS

1- RESERVATION
Access to the villas and riads will only be granted once a client has received full confirmation of the booking of the stay and the deposit payment of 40% of the total amount of the stay. For bookings made within one month of the date of arrival, the full value of the rental price is due upon confirmation of the booking. STAY-MOROCCO.COM reserves the right to cancel any booking for which the deposit or full payment has not been received in due time. Payments are to be established by bank transfer payable to STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD or other person or company designated by STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD

2- PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The balance must be made no later than three weeks before the start date of the stay. Should payment not be received, STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.

3- CANCELLATION POLICY
Should the need to cancel your booking arise, we reserve the right to charge as follows : If cancellation is
More than 60 days before arrival : 10% of the rental price
60 - 45 days before arrival : 25% of the rental price
Between 45 and 30 days before arrival : 50% of the rental price
Less than 30 days : 100% of the rental price

4- CANCELLATION BY STAY-MOROCCO
In the unlikely event of STAY-MOROCCO needing to cancel your reservation for reasons outside of their control, any amounts already paid will be refunded in full. Or, if preferable, where possible STAY-MOROCCO will endeavour to find alternative accommodation in the same category or superior without any additional charge.

5- ON ARRIVAL
On arrival, dependant on the package chosen, your driver will collect you at the allocated airport and transport you directly to your villa or riad. Should your arrival time be before 15:00 we will endeavour to prepare your villa or riad as quickly as possible. Luggage can be held on site and whilst the accommodation is prepared.

6-RENTAL CONDITIONS
Each Villa and Riad in our portfolio is privately owned and has been furnished by the owner to a high and exacting standard which is why they have been chosen to be part of the STAY-MOROCCO portfolio. We trust and hope that guests of these villas respect that these are private houses which have had love and care taken for every detail of their finish. All villas and riads are staffed by highly trained Moroccan Staff and in some cases, European Staff. Again, we trust that each client respects that local customs Morocco. Where any damages are made to the villa/riad and or any property or furniture within it then we will invoice for the replacement to the value of the item/s new. Similarly, objects, furniture or materials, broken or damaged and those that are worn beyond what would be normal for the duration of your stay will be compensated at actual cost. If deemed necassary a representative of STAY-MOROCCO may need to visit the premises. A statement of fixtures and fittings within the villa/riad will be established at the duration of your stay and then again at the end.

7- RESPONSIBILITY
STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD, the domain and their staff can accept no responsibility for any incidents/accidents and their consequences direct or indirect, which may occur to goods/people (clients/occupants/guests) in the villa or riad rented or reserved. STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD expressly informs it's customers and their guests that areas such as pools, tennis courts, football, basketball and boules areas are not subject to monitoring. Their use is made at the sole responsibility of the customer, their guests and any occupants. STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD recommends the utmost vigilance in the use of pools by children. Children are under the sole and full responsibility of their parents or guardians in all areas of the villa/riad or domain. Similarly, neither STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD nor the Domain can be held responsible in the case of any interruption or failure of services such as water or electricity or gas. Personal property is the sole responsibility of the customer and their guests. However, safes are provided in all villas and riads for valuables. If a liability was recognized at the expense of STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD after a court decision becomes final, the amount of any compensation may not exceed the total cost of the rental paid by the customer.

8- PROVISION OF A VEHICLE
All vehicles are rented through a third party hire specialist. All drivers are required to have a valid drivers license and undertake to respect the traffic regulations in force in Morocco. Any of road use is strictly prohibited. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition that it was hired in. An agreement will be made between the hire company and the customer.

9- ACCESS TO ON SITE ACTIVITIES
Activities on site will be available to all guests. It may be necessary to contact the manager on site for the rules specific to the villa or riad and or to get keys or equipment for use.

10- GUESTS
All villas and riads have full time guards day and night for the purpose of security and safety. Only owners and their customers will have continuous access. As a result any customers are required to report to the Manager if and when they would like to invite guests on site at least one day prior to their expected visit. The full identity of the guests will be requested and verified on arrival. The Manager and Guardian of the villa or riad are entitled to refuse entry to any guest without giving reason, even in the instance where acceptance may have been granted previously. This contract and regulation is applicable to all guests and arrivals on the domain. Visitors are allowed up to 22:00. Access is then denied to all guests for security reasons.

11- TERMINATION
The signing of the booking form implies that the client has understood and agrees with all the conditions which are part of the lease. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of the lease of the villa or riad without compensation. Customers, occupants and guests must in that case leave the villa within two hours of notification by the manager.

12- JURISDICTION
In the case of any dispute arising between the customer and STAY-MOROCCO.COM LTD as per the terms and conditions of the booking herewith written, the execution of the dispute will come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Marrakech (MOROCCO).
